TERMS & CONDITIONS
-First guest to make a down payment secures the booking
-50% DP is required to reserve the date/s
-Balance is paid before check-in. The gate will remain closed for unsettled balance.
-Security deposit will be returned upon confirmation that no damages were incurred
-Payments are via Gcash, Paymaya, Bank Transfer or Cash only.
-Gcash payment with GProtect will not be acknowledged
-Free cancellation and partial refund within 48hrs of DP to be eligible for a partial refund of any payments made
-DP is non-refundable after 48hrs
-Rebooking is allowed 7 days before the reserved stay and is subject to availability.
-No-show forfeits booking and will no longer be eligible for rebooking.
-Complimentary use of Gas, stove, grill, cookware, food trays, ice chest, refrigerator, and karaoke
-Additional of P200/head, exceeding 30pax and not availing Package 50
-Additional of P1,000/hr. for extended time. This is subject to availability.
-A corkage fee of P500 applies to alcoholic beverages.
-Pets are allowed provided that they wear diapers and ensure that they do not go near the pool area and beds.
-No smoking inside the rooms.
-Penalty charge of P500 for rules violated
-Lost keys will be charged P200
-Lost remote (AC, TV, Karaoke) will be be charged P300
-We provide market service – The product list should be provided 5 days before the reserved dates. (The charge depends on the market price. As this changes daily)
-Clean as-you-go policy. We do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests and we request that you maintain the quality of the place. Several trash bins are available in the resort.
-General cleaning is done before and after your stay
-Strict compliance with City Ordinance no.2011-467. Please reduce noise between 10 pm –7 am. The host, subdivision HOA, or brgy officials have the right to cancel/stop any event due to noise complaints.
-Strict compliance with Republic Act No. 8049 – The Anti-Hazing Act of 1995. We prohibit any physical harm and violence in such practices. Upon identification that such practices are being performed at the property. We have the right to cancel the remaining duration of stay and will not be refunded.
-No lifeguard or medics services are available. Casa Benita assumes no responsibility for any instances of drowning or any sort of accident.
